This document was created for a company boasting over 1,200 employees as a recommendation for internal communication strategy. My position as the head of the business impact group within the employee resource group gave me supervision and ownership over communication projects related to the group. Although all material created for this communication strategy were done by myself and without direct relation to official internal material shared by corporate, in the best interest of quality and safety I have purposefully omitted identifying brand names from this copy of the internal communication strategy recommendation document. --

This project challenged me to apply my knowledge and expertise on project management and internal communication. The key to success in this project was to use several resources I had become familiar with over the course of my academic career, including communication strategy methods and techniques I had previously studied. I also applied several skills I had developed during my career while working on this project as they relate to internal organizational communication skills. This project gave me the opportunity to learn about how to quantify project key deliverables, and how to track, report, and audit their development. This project demonstrates my communication skills and expertise as they relate to developing workplace collaboration solutions. Completion of this project exemplifies my competency of professional codes of conduct, identification of communication barriers, and principles of team dynamics. This project challenged my knowledge related to interpersonal communication, ethical practices, and creative solutions for professional teams.  While working on this product, I learned how different personality types affect communication preferences, and the way that these preferences are reflected in the workplace. The knowledge I gained from completing this project allows me to demonstrably author plans with measurable goals to be implemented for professional teams seeking communication solutions. --

Completion of this project exemplifies my ability to competently develop a personal brand as a communication professional. This project also highlights my mastery of understanding successful business practices on an entrepreneurial level as a communication professional. This project challenged my ability to develop a cohesive brand strategy, leveraging skills and knowledge related to target audience segmentation, authoring brand statements, and project planning. This project also demonstrates my understanding of communication laws and ethics, my ability to author codes of conduct, and successful consideration of budgetary limitations related to new business ventures.
